The BrazeCoat® method allows the production of wear-resistant, final-size-near coatings for the protection of surfaces from highly stressed components.

By the surfacing by brazing under atmosphere extreme hard composite layers are produced which contain up to 70 Vol % fine carbide particles, embedded in a metal matrix.
