In the last decades the brazing of steel components, chromium containing materials, brass and copper-nickel alloys as well as the brazing of sinter materials has become more and more important as economic and reliable assembly technology. By the employment of vacuum and atmosphere brazing it is now possible to produce materials of different cross-sections and nearly all forms from simple, individual parts and to combine them to a complex element in order to fulfil the functional demands on an element also regarding the selection of materials.

 
By this modular structure, enormous material and production costs can be saved. Especially in the production of medium and large series the additional materials for brazing are used in form of
 

ML brazing pastes
Flux-free brazing pastes on silver, copper or nickel basis for the brazing of steel and non ferrous metals in furnaces under atmosphere or vacuum. The dispensable flux-free pastes contain filler metals of copper and copper alloys, silver filler metals or nickel base filler metals.

Paste dosing devices
Devices for the automatic and manual proportioning and applying of INNOBRAZE brazing pastes. We offer system solutions:
